Terms of use and service

WHEN COMMISSIONING...

• You must be +18 to be able to commission me
• I require visual reference or very thorough text description
• If you want a specific file size, please mention it beforehand
• You will receive a high quality (300 dpi) file via email or a cloud service
• I hold the right to change the prices of my commissions and I hold the right to decline commissions
• My working pace can range from weeks to a month. Feel free to ask about the progress, but please don't spam! I can also provide work-in-progress updates of the commission, if you want to see them.
• I won't store commissioners' personal details (such as emails etc.) and they won't be sent to third parties or be added to mailing lists etc.

PAYMENT

• I accept payment through Paypal invoice only in EUR
• I can accept bank transfer or Mobilepay for Finnish residents
• I will send a Paypal invoice after I have done a rough sketch and it has been approved
• I don't accept cryptocurrency as a payment

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

• If I somehow can't finish the commission due to any reason, you will receive a full refund
• I won't refund after the initial sketch has been done and I've already started working on the full illustration
• Small changes are possible after the initial sketch, but larger changes will cost depending on the commission

USAGE AND COPYRIGHT

• I have the right to use the commission work in my portfolio, commission examples etc.
• Commissioner has the right to use the artwork for personal use only - no commercial use unless there is a contract
• The commissioner has to credit me if the artwork is uploaded somewhere else by them
• Do not remove my signature under any situation or post the illustration without the signature
• Do not turn my artwork to an NFT or associate them with blockchains. Do not use my artwork in AI training softwares. This will result in immediate blacklisting.
